About The Role 
We’re a dynamic, fast-growing business (25% growth last year!) and we need top-tier talent to join us on that journey.
We are looking for a talented and experienced person to join our global Operations team, supporting our Commercial and Research colleagues to deliver fantastic solutions to our customers.
What will you be doing? 
  • Working closely with the commercial and research teams on customer projects ensure seamless customer delivery
  • Advising commercial and research teams on best practices and product concerns
  • Support the wider operations team with day-to-day administration, ensuring delivery of excellent customer service within agreed SLAs
  • Manage project delivery with the help of project teams and escalate issues with the suppliers when necessary
  • Work with key delivery suppliers around the world, including our suppliers based in Bulgaria, India and sample providers, translation and data processing/charting agencies
  • Identify and resolve challenges and issues within the delivery operations process and keep instruction documents updated

You need to have the following experience: 
  • 2+ years’ experience in Customer Operations, Account Management or Customer Success
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Familiarity with Project Management best practices.
  • Experience with ticketing systems (JIRA etc) and Microsoft applications such as Excel, PowerPoint and PowerBI
  • Previous administrative experience in a professional environment
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
